RO Properties (ROP) is the property investment division of the RO Group, an entrepreneurial family owned business established in 1932. ROP's strategy is to directly manage the Group’s portfolio to maximise returns whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with its tenants. In addition ROP also manages a number of assets on behalf of other RO Group companies and various third parties.
ROP currently manages a mixed portfolio comprising of over 1.5 million sq ft throughout the UK, capable of generating a rent roll in excess of
£10 million per annum. Since 2005 ROP has bought and sold over £200 million worth of investment properties.
Drawing upon its diverse experience and working in tandem with the Group’s development arm, RO Developments (ROD), ROP continually seeks opportunities to add value in line with the Groups entrepreneurial founding principle of being ‘In business to do business’.
